At a multi-family apartment building in Vancouver, True Level Concrete helped restore a structure that had experienced significant foundation settlement, preserving valuable rental housing and avoiding the need for demolition. While the dramatic lift itself was completed in a single day, months of engineering, permitting, planning, and preparation made it possible. Our latest commercial project brought the True Level Concrete team to a busy Walmart Supercentre Port Coquitlam, where high-traffic retail aisles were experiencing slab settlement and joint deterioration.

Located in the Cat Food and Home Department aisles, the affected areas had developed uneven surfaces and tripping hazards due to voids beneath the concrete and failing expansion joints. With constant customer traffic and operational demands, the client required a solution that was fast, non-invasive, and allowed the store to remain fully open during repairs.
