Concrete and foundation

For concrete repair we offer a 5 year warranty on concrete slabs over 10 years old.

Foundation repairs are warranted against future movement for 10 years, and the products are warranted against failure for 25 years.

Once payment has cleared, you will receive a warranty certificate (if applicable) as well as Completion Report to the address you provided. If you would like a digital copy of the report you can request it from our office.

Our specialists can provide a thorough assessment of your concerns and create a custom repair plan on the spot for you.

Vancouver Island & Out of Area

All estimates located within our service area on Vancouver Island will be subject to a fee of $45 + GST.

If you choose to proceed with True Level Concrete for your repairs, the fee will be refunded.

Any estimates located outside of our service area are an exception and subject to a $700 + GST fee.

Realtors

Real estate assessments in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland are subject to a $500 + GST assessment fee.

Real estate assessments in Squamish, Whistler, and on Vancouver Island are subject to a $700 + GST assessment fee.
