If the soil has washed out or the foundation sunk beneath your concrete slab the result will be unlevel slabs, cracking or raised concrete. We can fix these issues by lifting the slab back up to a level position.
Normally, a company would use an older method known as mudjacking in which a mud slurry is injected beneath the concrete. Unfortunately, the additional weight of the concrete slurry may end up making matters worse by pushing down the soil deeper.

||Benefits of PolyLEVEL:
To avoid this issue and several others we use PolyLEVEL, a polyurethane foam. The foam is similarly pumped beneath the concrete slab where it quickly expands lifting the slab up to a level position. Not only is the foam waterproof and strong but it is also much lighter than mud slurry. To learn more about PolyLEVEL concrete lifting or to get started today make sure to give us a call.
