Really appreciated the adjustment to the gate latch which may seem like a small thing, but with my husband out of town, it just would not have been fixed anytime soon and it took one of the fellows no time at all as they had lots of tools. It was very gentlemanly – thank you.
I really liked that the owner showed up on site to introduce himself (only Hubbie met him initially) and left his crew in charge. The senior crew member who was running the team certainly knew what he was doing. They all worked well together while being in good spirits even in the dreary rain.
