At True Level, our highest priority is the safety of our staff and customers.  We are proud to be able to provide safety and peace of mind to our customers and we’re working diligently to provide essential repair services during this time. Please know we are following all mandatory and suggested guidelines given by the Provincial Health Officer.


Estimate Appointment Protocol
  • 2 meter social distancing
  • Frequent hand washing and/or sanitization 
  • Our staff will be wearing a mask and request that you do as well


During your repair

When it comes to interacting with you or your job site we can complete the vast majority of jobs without having any direct physical contact utilizing technology like phones, video and tried and true distancing. We will call in advance of and upon our arrival. In the event your specific service requires we enter your building, we can arrange to enter only after you have exited and do a thorough clean of our touch-points before we exit. Any crew members working inside your home will wear a mask and we request you do as well. 


For estimates and repairs we have a zero symptom policy and would be happy to reschedule for the protection of everyone involved. Please let us know if you or anyone you have been in contact with in the last 14 days has any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Loss of taste and/or smell/nausea
  • Flu-like symptoms
  • Shortness of breath
