A sinking foundation underneath concrete generally means unlevel slabs, cracking and tripping hazards. While these are problematic there are cheaper solutions than replacing the concrete slab. Traditionally this has meant drilling large holes and pumping a mud slurry beneath the concrete slab.
The biggest problem with this is that the mudslurry is heavy and can lead to further issues pressing down weakened soil farther risking your White Rock's foundation.

||Benefits of PolyLEVEL:
Instead of using a mudslurry we prefer to use a polyurethane foam called PolyLEVEL. This foam is injected through much smaller holes underneath the concrete. The foam quickly expands and then cures filling up the open space beneath the slab. The lighter foam does not add significant weight to the foundation while providing a strong, waterproof base to level the concrete.
