I am really pleased with the work that was done by True Level Concrete. Michael and his crew did a great job in raising my garage slab which had sunk in the middle by almost 7″. They were in constant communication with me before and during the job, advising me of possible ramifications of trying to bring it back to it’s original state from 40 years ago. They were able to raise it almost 5″ in the middle before we decided to stop. The rest of the garage was stabilized to bring it almost level. I highly recommend this company for any repairs that you may be thinking about.

Having my house leveled could have been a very stressful experience. I found this contractor, to be the most professional I have ever dealt with. George my sale person was knowledge, through and very reassuring. He thoroughly explained the process and what I could expect. The employees who completed the work introduced themselves promptly on arrival and were always available to answered any questions I had. They were courteous to myself and the neighbors. These young men are some of the hardest working I have ever seen, They left my yard clean and the house cleaner than it was when they started. One of the owners even stopped by to assist with the final lift to insure everything went as planned. They completed the work on time and exceed my expectations. The service is not inexpensive but it is well worth the cost. I would highly recommend them.

On the recommendation of a nearby neighbour, I contacted True Level Concrete to address some foundation settlement of our attached garage. It was the right choice, the company was professional through out the project. Calls and emails were answered quickly. Questions were welcomed and time lines kept. The instal crew worked as a well oiled team, in fact it could be said of the company as a whole. Despite having to work in cramped conditions not one complaint was heard. Attention was paid to detail and they respected the home owners property. I was onsite and observed much of the process. A very minor misunderstanding arose at the end which the company handled to my complete satisfaction. I raise this as a compliment to True Level because it speaks to their values as a company.
